“As a child of God, our whole reason for existing is to give God praise. What a testimony to give in a difficult situation.” – Monica Johnson

Estimated time to read: 4 minutes

I had this crazy, unsightly and painful growth in my right wrist, which is medically termed a Ganglion Cyst – literally a sac of fluid that hardens in joints. If you look closely at the picture above, you can see it poking through the center of my hand; so you can just imagine how it looked when I bent my hand.

It started to become more and more annoying and visibly present that I begun to consider having it surgically removed because it was limiting the motion and functionality of my right hand, and causing me to have [mild] spasms in my wrist. I visited a hand doctor who suggested we drain it with a needle (via aspiration) before I went all in for surgery. So we did that.

Over the following days, it got worse – it was firmer and bigger than before I had it drained, causing me more pain. Meanwhile, I kept telling Daddy (how I refer to God) that I am not here for surgery because I did not want another scar on my body and He is more than capable to remove it Himself.

The pain was so ridiculous one day last week, I came to myself and cursed that thang in the name and by the blood of Jesus because by His stripes we WERE healed. No foreign objects belong in my body – or yours – because Daddy did not design us like that. No pain, no headaches, no diseases. I declared and believed in my total healing and wholeness.

I woke up on Monday and looked at my wrist. The growth 100% ceases to exist now, as if it was never there. I have complete functionality to my hand again!

It amazes me how we have “so much faith” for everyone else, but when it comes to ourselves, we tend to forget the word of encouragement we give our family and friends; we never seem to take our own advice. It is almost as if we do not believe that we can get healed or receive that new job, as if we are not qualified to receive anything good from God. But the word of God tells us otherwise – we are worth it – so much so that Jesus died for us to have every good thing in God.

I declare if you have any pain, ailments, or sickness anywhere in your body (or that of a loved one), it flees right now in the name of Jesus!!! Receive and believe in your healing. #DrJesus

My sister was out shopping for herself, when she spotted this blouse and got it for me. I absolutely love it.

What has God done for you/what testimony do you have to share? Tell us in the comments. Remember – we overcome the devil by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony (Revelations 12:11).
