“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” (Galatians 5:13 NIV)

Hello, all. I hope everyone had a safe and beautiful 4th of July, and were able to truly appreciate the meaning of freedom.  It is an amazing right we tend to take for granted. Let’s continue to hope and pray for the freedom of all human beings.

Here are some pictures of my sister and me from a traditional [Nigerian] wedding.

     Her inspiration was a schoolgirl.
The neckline, sleeve cuffs, and belt were all made with a gold lace.

My inspiration were the little dolls at the end of the post.

Orange tulle was used to make the flair in my top.

I didn’t realize how small my head wrap/turban was until I saw this pic. Hmph.

I believe I saw this picture on another blog…and I just fell in love.
These are the most beautiful dolls ever! (=

Have blessed and fantastic week. xx
